| While the version Leia wears at the end of A New Hope has sleeves, there is also a version with a cape, seen in some promotional pictures and on the Portrait Edition Leia doll. This is the version I'm making.
I based my frist dress on Simplicity #8937, at Mirax H's suggestion, altering it to make it look more like the original. I'm (barely) in the process of making a mock-up of my second version, which I hope will be fairly accurate.
