For mine, I bought the Yumas Corps style/parade boots from Gotham Shoes, because they were the best white, flat-soled boots I could find. Of course, they don't have all the interesting detailing at the sides like the original boots, but I think they're a pretty close match for what's available ready-made. If you order from them, I highly recommend placing your order over the phone. Occasionally internet orders fall through the cracks; I know this from experience.
